The Cheap Chic Weddings Toilet Paper Wedding Dress Contest’s 9th Year was hosted by RK Bridal in New York in June 2013!The top three finalists were in attendance and their entries were highlighted on display and two models showcased top designs also.
Kate Pancoke, creator and owner of Elaya Vaughn Bridal and two time Project Runway contestant, served as Celebrity Judge. Susan and Laura of Cheap Chic Weddings served as judges as did a representative from RK Bridal.
The top ten entries below were voted on by our readers and their votes went towards the final scoring at the live event
